Josh Fotopoulos – Director

Josh is the founder and director of JGF Creative and a Master Builder. He believes business is about relationships. Whether it’s the clients, the architects, trades, or suppliers that Josh works with – this network shapes the way he runs the business. Josh has always had a love for creating and building with his hands. As a child, if he was not practicing piano, he was in his backyard building mini houses and towns. Progressive in nature, Josh has worked hard at surrounding himself with a team of people who have a similar passion for their craft. He often reminds them that, “Building is about being flexible and creative, you have to think fast, be prepared, and above all – communicate openly and honestly.” Josh sees JGF Creative as a continual evolution. Currently, Josh is deeply passionate about bringing bespoke architectural homes to life.
